This special yarn is made from Jacob Sheep, raised in Maine. It is beautifully two toned, by nature, Jacob Sheep have two colors of fleece on the same sheep. It is spun at Hope Spinnery, a wind powered spinning mill, also in Maine. Knits up to look like Rag Wool sweater fabric. It's as "green" as it gets. Smells sheepy! Skeins are approximately 2oz/112 yds each.
Gauge 18 sts/4inches on US 7.
